Please read these guidelines carefully before booking. They cover payment, cancellation, packing and health so you are fully prepared for your trip.
Booking & Payment
- 01A non-refundable booking amount of ₹3,000 per person is required to confirm your seat. The balance is due at least 7 days before departure.
- 02Payment can be made via UPI, net banking, credit/debit card or bank transfer. No-cost EMI is available on select credit cards.
- 03Triple-sharing is the default room allocation. Double-sharing and single-occupancy upgrades are available at an additional cost.
Cancellation & Refund
- 01Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 70% of the trip cost refunded (booking amount non-refundable).
- 02Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 40% of the trip cost refunded.
- 03Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: no refund. Rescheduling to a future batch is possible once at no charge, subject to availability.
What to Carry
- 01Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Driving Licence) is mandatory for permits and hotel check-in.
- 02For bike trips: a valid driving licence and riding gear (jacket, gloves, knee guards) are required. Riding gear can be rented at an additional cost.
- 03Warm layers, a windproof jacket, UV sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF 50+), a reusable water bottle, and a power bank are essential for all mountain trips.
Health & Safety
- 01High-altitude destinations (Ladakh, Spiti, Zanskar) require gradual acclimatisation. Consult your doctor about Diamox if you are prone to altitude sickness.
- 02Carry personal medication and inform the tour leader of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the start of the trip.
- 03A first-aid kit and oxygen cylinder are carried on all mountain trips. In case of a medical emergency, evacuation to the nearest medical facility will be arranged at the traveller’s expense.
